1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to operate and secure our multi-tenant conversational platform:
- B2B Account Information: Name, business name, website, email address, timezone, and phone number provided during dashboard signup.
- B2C Subscriber Data: Phone numbers, WhatsApp display names, language locales, and subscription statuses, generated when end-users interact with an assistant.
- Communication Content: Chat text history, voice notes, and media attachments sent to the chatbot, which are stored in secure S3 buckets to provide conversation context.
2. How We Use Information
We use your data strictly to deliver AI responses, manage billing cycles, and optimize platform delivery:
- To pass conversation history and voice note media to the Google Gemini API to formulate responses.
- To process platform subscription fees and customer payouts via Stripe.
- To analyze platform health and ensure service reliability.
3. Data Sharing & AI Processing (Gemini API)
End-user chat messages and audio files are sent to the Google Gemini API to enable real-time replies. Google does not use data submitted to the Gemini API via our corporate API integrations for model training. Conversation history is never shared across different business tenants unless a Subscriber explicitly opts into a shared cross-tenant profile.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Liaison integrates with Meta (for WhatsApp Cloud API messaging) and Stripe (for billing services). Data shared with these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. GDPR & CCPA Rights
Subscribers and Tenants have the right to request a copy of their conversation history, request data correction, or request complete deletion of their account records. Deletion requests can be initiated by emailing support@handofflabs.ai. All message records and media files stored in S3 for deleted contacts will be permanently purged within 30 days.
